Ballarat Group Practice is a sought after employer with over 70 years service to the local Ballarat community. We are a fully accredited medical services company currently employing over 60 staff in a variety of roles including management, administration, reception, and nursing professionals. These positions provide comprehensive support to the Consulting Doctors at Ballarat Group Practice and ensure the practice runs efficiently to provide high quality service to the Consulting Doctors and their patients.

BGP prides itself on offering high quality working conditions to all our staff with the necessary flexibility and support to ensure a healthy work life balance.
